 quarter blog #1.. season 5 finale?!?!?!... FREEDOM!!

okay.. so its fall intersession and retreat is coming up soon.. im excited :3 -jacob baton, the freed one

overview of the quarter!!!

so this quarter was ofc.. the beginning of a new season/quarter!! it was absolutely amazing, and honestly the beginning was actually wild.. first of all i had to work with my new 7th graders in period 5 (which is fun.. emma and ariya you guys are so sigma!!), and i didn't know they were so chill until i got to know them more!! ngl yall 7th graders were scary lolz. anyway! with the beginning of the year comes BEEF!! and FIGHTS!! which IS NOT GOOD!!.. there were a lot in this quarter and there was even one at ohana fair which got them expelled which is wild.. anyway! besides that, there was one by a101, and other stuff.. which ofc makes my blog more interesting as well as spicing up my day, butttt... thats not good!! fights are not very good.. :(. some other things that happened was flag football, and team football?!?! flag football was mid and VERY HOT... like i hated that, and TEAM FOOTBALL... im still so mad at how hard team 3 got smoked i mean. 7-3?? WHAT ARE YOU DOING???? 0-33... like BE. BETTER. i swear... we're so cooked next year istg... :( anyway! so next up is the job rotations, and other school stuff!! we first had our whole period work and i think that was lowkey needed... but another thing that happened was MATH. MATH MY OPP. (and social studies but mr damos scary)  like math at first was super easy, but then POOF. PAIN. i swear im getting abysmal grades and im barely hanging on.. ILL LIVE THO. DW. IM GONNA THUG IT OUT... btw! family nite 1 was pretty cool! i worked the same thing as i did last year (the weird pyramid thing) and it was really cooolll!!!!!!!!!! it was easy and IM SORRY ARIYA. i had to get the dress out i forgot to dooo.. : (. im sorry. and to end this off... i cant wait for retreat!!.. i should get packing.

highlights/lowlights of qtr 1!!!

soo... since i'm in the writing mood.. let's write some highlights!! to begin, i like that this quarter was like very easy... besides math and social studies, everything was fairly easy to deal with!! i mean like math is actually pain and i forgot like everything we did last year, and hell.. MR DAMO?? STOP GIVING US SO MUCH NHD.. LIKE AFTER BREAK WE HAVE TO DO LIKE... 3 MORE SPICES LIKE CALM DOWN?? we didnt do anything... anyway! another thing that i liked this qtr was that i actually got to experience leadership in qtr 1.. although it wasnt that much different from when i joined, it was pretty cool!! some other things i enjoyed this qtr was that its a new school year..! and ofc besides the cycle continuing *shudder*... its very exciting to get to know the new leadership 7th graders as well as the new changes this year from last year...! also, i like how much i feel like i did this quarter, since 7th grade was super easy and not that hard in quarter 1, but quarter 1 as an 8th grader was pain... also im 8th grade treasurer this year!! like nobody cares abt that but thats super cool!! plus i think nobody knows that i am LMAOOO.\
okay so for lowlights, theres intramural flag football.. i mean its good and all, but i wouldve much preferred doing anything but flag football.. like it was fine the first few times but then it got so repetitive, boring, and HOT.. like dANG IT WAS SO HOT OUT THERE??? i swear going back to a101 after flag football was actually HEAVEN... dawg i barely made it outta there without melting... :< another lowlight this week was team footballl... 1, it was super hot too, but easier, but.. DANG. EIGHT-THREE SUCKED DOODOO FART.... like DID YOU SEE HOW HARD WE GOT SMOKED?!?!?!!? that was actually so painful to watch... AND THE OTHER TEAM I WANTED TO WIN IN 8-1 VS 8-2 LOST TOO???? like 8-1 couldve clutched it up but TEAM 2.. TEAM 2 YALL THE OPPS GLKBBRLKABG... and also there were fights too? that was wild.. :P. some other things that went bad besides those were how much that i think i couldve done this quarter, i mean i did good but DANG. my grades were way higher than last year, but now..? there's such a high expectation and now that it's there i feel like im not doing enough... but oh well! i'll make it up next quarter.. i hope.

lessons of this quarter are...

1: do more than you need to.
this is a lesson i had this quarter since now that it's over, i realize that i think i've been doing the bare minimum, and i really need to do a lot more next quarter, i mean.. i've been barely participating in things, standing around and doing nothing, not doing that much at all even... i NEED to do a lot more than this quarter next time...
2: try not to procrastinate
i mean... i swear i've had this as a lesson throughout my weekly blogs but i swear, I NEED TO FIX MY PROCRASTINATION PROBLEM. like i got part of this blog done yesterday and now im finishing it today, i mean.. god.. i need to do better in work ethic.. ANYWAY! procrastination is super bad and can get you overwhelmed with work and stuff, and it can even burn you out if you have too much work to do... sooo!! yeaahhh.. :)

PARAGRAPH 4!?!?!? this quarter was different from last year's Q1 because...? 

okay soo.. funny story, i.. WASN'T HERE IN 1ST QUARTER LAST YEAR!!!! but honestly, even though 7th grade was like, light work... i think that i preferred last year's first quarter since it was cooler and easier.. ANYWAY! this quarter 1 was different from last year's since, first of all, i'm in leadership this time, instead of last year when i was just starting to get into GT.. and I DONT HAVE ART WITH MS JANIE WAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!! ms janie the OPP!!!.. my friends dont enjoy why i did that though :P... OH WELL! this quarter was also different since instead of participating and watching intramural flag football i got to actually work!! it wasn't that hard but both years it was super hot.. :< oh yeah and also.. did i mention that this year's quarter 1 was actually really hard??? like way harder than i thought, especially compared to last year... and also! the slang this year actually went hard lMAAOOO!!!! and yeah. thats all there is to it, see ya quarter 2!

 blog 2-7... the thanks is giving...  the giving is thanks! give thanks! thanks! giving thanks! -jacob batoon, the british one overview of the week!!!! this week was really short; but that means MORE FUN WEEKEND EVENTS!!! so first of all, on the school days they weren't very interesting.. i mean i dont remember much from them, but i got a lot of noodless!! i love noodles so much... instant noodles are the best change my mind.... ANYWAY! so uhm on thursday, my house smelled absolutely amazing and i was lowkey excited for all the food for thanksgiving!! speaking of thanksgiving it was just like every other family gathering at least for me.. but there was some really good food!! like seafood and steak and ofc TURKEY!! that like nobody ate- BUT HWATEVEERRR!!! food is food!!!.. and on friday was BLAKC FRIDAY!! which means BIG SALES ON TECH!!! and big sales on tech meanss....I GOT A NEW MOUSEEE!!! this is SOSOSSO SIGMA SIGMA!! i love best buying... i also got NEW EARBUDS which means...

 weekly blog #19, ILIMA ON TOP BABY!!!!!! GUYS. WE ARE THE BEST. THREEPEAT FOR THE WIN, BETTER DO ANOTHER FOURPEAT NEXT YEAR! -jacob baton, best gt  overview of the week!!!! so a lot happened this week.... so on monday there was this funny little field trip to educators redefined or smt and like... that was interesting!!! wayy better than actually doing school work lols. anywhoo!!! it was pretty funny and it was like my first field trip in a year, loolsss.... pretty mid ngl. another thing that happened was this funny little thing called the parent orientation and.. i thought i was going to dance and i didnt and honestly that was sooooo relieving.... anyways so i got to talk a lot with riselle and jewelyn, and especially valerie and cherish cuz honestly, i atleast know whos who lmao. anyways.. so i got to talk with them more and theyre both so chill!!! like they fit so well into leadership now that i've gotten to know them its actually crazy. valerie's just a little bit goofy b...
